Do you need MemLocker?

If you are happy owner of any PocketPC computer with Windows Mobile Operating System than most probably you use memory cards (SD, SD micro, MMC, etc) to keep your files. Usually pocket computers are very limited in internal storage space and these cards let you having more information on your device. You can always extract you card and move it to another PocketPC or personal computer to exchange files between them. That’s great but the problem is that information on such cards is absolutely unprotected! You can set up password for your device and this will protect your data in the internal storage memory against unauthorized access in case if you’ve lost your PocketPC or somebody is trying to use it without your permission. But data on your cards is absolutely unprotected! Anyone who has physical access to your device can extract card and insert it into a card reader of personal computer and do whatever he wants with your files!

How does this work?

Every time when you’re switching off your PocketPC MemLocker automatically locks all inserted cards. This operation is extremely fast and usually takes less than one second. If locked card is inserted into card reader it doesn’t contain any files or folders. Nobody can see your files on memory cards without your permission anymore! All locked cards will be automatically unlocked when you’re switching on your device. This is absolutely transparent for you.
